Conferences

Charcoal workshop at EOE Derwent Water 2012Professional conferences can inspire, educate and refresh as well as being great places to renew aquaintances and meet fellow professionals in the fields of outdoor learning. I enjoy attending and participating but always prefer to contribute in some way if I can.

I am always happy to devise new workshops on themes associated with outdoor learning, forest education including practical skills, Forest School, experiential learning, creativity, learner autonomy, values/ attitudes/ politics and sustainability.  Feedback from participants has included comments such as:

really helped me think about how to facilitate creativity”

“inspired me to keep on exploring woodlands at a physical, mental and emotional level”

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss an original and innovative workshop for your event.
